Terms and Conditions

•Please make sure you have current shipping address on your account. It is buyer responsibility for ALL return tag/s by USPS due to your wrong address. We charge additional shipping $ to resend the item to your correct address.

•Payment with eCheck will be processed after the fund have cleared.

•If you don't include engraving information or send within 7 days after purchase, we have the right to cancel the transaction and file for Non-Paying-Bidder

•After payment and ALL engraving information completed, please allow 5 business days for processing time before shipments. Business days do not include weekends and holidays

•Shipping will be with US Postal Service First Class Mail®. (4-5 business days delivery) unless otherwise indicated. Shipping upgrades are available in our etsy shop.

•Refunds not allowed for customer spelling errors.

•Even though this is a rare occasion, the delay in transit time can happen. We are not in control for the shipping transit time.

•Orders shipped outside the US are sent International First Class (2-8 weeks) and does not include tracking outside the US. If you wish tracking once item leaves the US, please upgrade shipping
